The Plantronics/Poly Blackwire 3300 Series (3310/3320) is a mid-range Plantronics USB headset with control panel for answer/ignore/end/hold (softphone dependant), volume and mute. Teams version includes a dedicated teams button. Available as USB-A or USB-C options, it also features a USB-C variant with a USB-C to USB-A adapter to connect seamlessly with more devices. NB USB-C connection is not compatible with mobile phones.

Launched in August 2020, this represents a redesigned edition of the earlier Plantronics/Poly Blackwire 3220 series. This time, Plantronics has prioritised durability and comfort, offering an affordable headset that not only delivers excellent sound but also ensures a comfortable user experience.
The 3300 series (3310/3320) is fully compatible with Lync, Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams, and, naturally, extends its functionality to all major softphones and various programs like regular Skype, Dragon, and any application you’d typically use a headset for on your PC or laptop.
Featuring a noise-canceling microphone to eliminate background noise, this headset delivers wideband audio, providing a natural and rich voice experience. Inbound audio quality is notably high, and the Dynamic EQ feature automatically adjusts to music and multimedia, ensuring optimal sound for both calls and recreational use.
Designed for extended wear, the foam ear cushions and lightweight headband offer all-day comfort and a secure fit. It’s important to note that this is not an active noise-canceling headset but rather a basic model with just a plain adjustable headband. While this version folds flat, it does not include a carry case; for that, you would need to opt for the Blackwire 3305 series.
Control features include call functions like answer/ignore/end/hold, redial, mute, and volume adjustment. The series connects to Plantronics/Poly Manager Pro (available separately), making it ideal for large-scale deployments.
