Stylish speakerphone for small meeting places like huddle rooms for 3-4 people. Daisy chain 2 units together for a mobile phone call in a larger meeting space. Unit connects via USB-A/USB-C cable or BT600 (USB-A) dongle to PC or laptop or via Bluetooth to a mobile or tablet. This version is Zoom certified.

There are a couple of variants in the range; Certified for MS Teams (which has a special Teams button) or not (UC) and with or without a Bluetooth dongle (to create the best BT connection to a laptop / PC). This version is MS ie. has the dedicated Teams launch button and certified for use with Teams as well as working with all standard software programs and does include the dongle so pc connection would be via USB cable (A or C) as well as BT600 (USB-A) bluetooth dongle.

Larger than the Sync 20, the microphone pick up range on the Sync 40 is up to 2.5m so this is really for 3 or 4 people or a room approx 5m x 5m.   If you have 2 units you can use the Bluetooth to join them together for a larger meeting via mobile phone ONLY. So you can have 1 each for a couple of huddle rooms and bring them together for larger meetings.

It is worth noting the daisy chain feature will only work when used via the BT600 or BT connection. It will not work when connected via USB cable.

There's a bright, obvious status light on both sides on this model so everyone will know the status of the call , even from a distance. In addition to the usual call answer/end, volume & mute buttons there's a programmable function button for you to programme your most used function - play/pause, redial, hold/resume call and more options to chose from.

The Sync 40 can hold up to 30 hours worth of charge. Never get caught with low phone battery again - you can use this little beauty to charge your mobile.

IMPORTANT - Your speakerphone is shipped from the factory in a Deepsleep mode to conserve battery. Activate your speakerphone by connecting the USB cable to a power source before first use. When your speakerphone is activated, the LED bar lights up.
