Introducing the Yealink CTP18 Collaboration Touch Panel - the quintessential accessory for enhancing meeting efficiency. With its 8-inch multi-touch screen, the CTP18 allows users to join or control meetings effortlessly, ensuring a seamless video conferencing experience.

NB: The Yealink CTP18 is only compatible with Yealink Meeting Room Hardware. Below is a list of supported devices:

Yealink A10, A20, A30, MeetingBoard 65/86. 

With the above compatible products, there is a max number of units it can connect to. For more detailed information, please refer to the product compatibility matrix located in the support tab.

What We Love

  • Pairs over the network, and doesn't require direct connection to the related video equipment.
  • Can be setup to either work in conjunction with the Zoom Rooms or with Microsoft Teams room.
  • Provides meeting control either middle of the desk, or wall mounted in the room.
  • PoE support simplifies deployment, however unit also comes with PoE injector as standard.
  • Compatible with the Android based systems only including, A10, A20, A30 and MeetingBoard range of hardware.

What We Don't Love

  • Only works with Yealink Meeting Room Hardware. 
  • Recommended to connect over wired network connection over wireless.
  • Pairing process with Teams can be problematic if rolling out multiple units.
